Peanut Butter Date Bites-Grain Free!

    Peanut Butter Date Bites
    Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Refined sugar free
    Happy Serves 12

    ALL ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

    1 Jar (16oz) crunchy Peanut Butter or other nut butter
    1 egg
    2 cups soaked dates
    1 tsp vanilla
    Optional: Carob or chocolate chips

    Remove pits from dates, soak in clean water for 1-4 hours.
    Drain water. You can keep the water for sweetener or discard it.
    Blend dates in food processor, add peanut butter and vanilla and egg. Blend well. Scoop into mini muffin tin or bar pan.
    Bake 10-12 mins on 375.
    Add chocolate chips after you take it out while cooling.

      ALL ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

      3 Avocados
      3 Tbsp Avocado oil
      2 Serrano peppers
      1/4 Cup Green onions
      4 TBSP Lime juice
      1 TBSP minced Garlic or 3 garlic cloves
      1/4 Cup Italian parsley
      1 TBSP Himalayan Sea salt
      1 tsp Maple syrup extract
      1 tsp Red pepper flakes
      Handful cilantro

      Lettuce for wraps
      OPTIONAL: 1 tsp Hatch Green Chili powder

      Coarsely chop veggies. Add to food processor, Process until smooth.
      Optional: Thin with water until sauce is semi-thick but pourable.

      Top with Sprouts and Enjoy!

      Avocado Mayo-Paleo, Vegan! Try this alternative for Dairy free!

        Happily serves 4, makes about 3/4 cup

        ALL ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

        1 Avocado
        1/4 cup lemon juice
        1/4 Himalayan Sea Salt
        1/4 Avocado Oil
        Dash of Chili or Cayenne Pepper

        Scoop out avocado flesh, add all ingredients to food processor except avocado oil. While the food processor/blender is running, add avocado oil slowly.

        I added Cilantro for added spice and flavor to change it up.

        Beet Jerky-Paleo and Vegan

          ALL ORGANC INGREDIENTS

          ¼ Cup Vegan Worcestershire sauce
          ¼ Cup Coconut Aminos
          1 tsp maple syrup or maple extract and 1/8 tsp stevia
          ½ tsp onion powder
          ½ tsp garlic powder
          3 medium beets (about 1½ pounds), Peeled
          1 tsp pepper
          Himalayan Sea Salt to taste

          Slice beets into ⅛-inch slices.
          Combine Worcestershire, Coconut aminos, maple syrup, onion and garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl.
          Add the beets and toss to coat.
          Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
          Preheat to 200°F, place racks on the lower third of the oven.
          Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
          Drain the beets. Arrange in a single layer.
          Bake, rotating the pans halfway through, until there is little to no moisture left on the parchment paper and the beets are fully dry, yet still pliable, about 2.5 hours.

          You can marinate the beets for up to 2 days. Store the jerky in an airtight container between sheets of parchment paper for up to 5 days.

            ALL ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

            6 hard boiled eggs, cooled and peeled
            2 avocados
            ¼ Cup cilantro, finely chopped
            1 TBSP green onions finely chopped
            1-2 TBSP lime or lemon juice
            ½ tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
            1 tsp Red pepper flakes
            Chili powder and/or paprika

            Cut eggs in half and remove yolks
            Smash yolks and avocados together
            Stir in cilantro, chives, lime juice, salt, and red pepper flakes
            Spoon into egg white shells
            Sprinkle with chili powder and/or paprika
            Chill until serving

              3 Cups butter beans, rinsed and drained
              1 Cup Steamed yellow squash
              1 TBSP Hempseed oil
              2 TBSP Lime juice
              2 TBSP Coconut liquid aminos
              1 Garlic clove
              2 TBSP dried chives (or fresh)
              1 tsp minced onions
              Sea salt to taste
              White pepper to taste

              Cut/press garlic, let sit 5-10 mins
              Steam zucchini
              Mix all ingredients in food processor.
              Chill and serve.

                1 cup FROZEN Blueberries or raspberries

                2 cups steamed and drained spinach

                1-2 TBSP lemon juice and zest

                1 scoop Collagen powder

                1 tsp wheatgrass powder, spirulina, or chlorella

                1 tsp vanilla extract
                1/2 tsp Cinnamon

                1/2 cup Coconut water
                Optional: Stevia

                Add all Ingredients to Blender and blend til smooth.

                  2 cups Garbanzo Beans or butter beans, rinsed and drained
                  2 springs fresh Dill (washed, stems removed) or 1 TBSP dried dill
                  1 Cucumber (washed, skin on, roughly chopped)
                  ½ tsp Sea Salt
                  2 TBSP Lemon or Lime Juice
                  1 TBSP Hemp Seed Oil
                  2 TBSP Tahini
                  1 Garlic Clove

                  Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse/blend until smooth

                    ALL ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

                    5 ounces Raw pumpkin seeds
                    2 TBSP Avocado oil
                    1/2 cup finely chopped shallots

                    1 large jalapeno, finely chopped

                    3 garlic cloves, chopped (let sit 5 min)
                    1/4 Cup Parsley

                    1/4 Cup Cilantro

                    Juice of a lime

                    1 TBSP Extra-virgin Olive oil or Avocado oil

                    1/4 tsp finely grated orange zest

                    2 TBSP Maple syrup or 1/4 tsp maple extract and stevia
                    Blend seeds in a food processor.
                    Cook shallots & garlic in the avocado oil.
                    *Add Sea salt and pepper, let cool.*
                    Add parsley, cilantro, lime juice, maple syrup, orange zest (and water if needed)
                    Add shallot mix when cooled, mix thoroughly
                    Sea salt to taste.

                    Variation: Can also be used a spread in a lettuce wrap.

                      1/2-1 Cup Artichoke (with about 1/4 cup juice)
                      1-2 TBSP Hemp Seed oil
                      1/2 Cup Hatch Green chili
                      1 TBSP Sea Salt
                      1 TBSP Garlic, Fresh or dried
                      1 TBSP Onion Flakes
                      1 TBSP Coconut Aminos
                      1 TBSP Lime juice
                      Optional: Red Pepper Flakes, mixed in or sprinkled on top

                      MIx all Ingredients in food processor until smooth.
                      1/2 cup serving size served with Veggies.
